WPTA21 — A judge handed a former manager of a Subway sandwich shop in Fort Wayne a three-year jail sentence Monday for having sexual involvement with a year-old employee. Nathan McNeal, 34, took a plea deal that called for a six-year sentence, with three years executed behind bars related to incidents dating back to August McNeal will also spend three years on probation following his prison stay. The judge granted him two days of jail credit, and also issued a no-contact order.
Court documents show he allegedly kissed the victim and performed a sex act on her at the restaurant where they were both employed. Fort Wayne police later uncovered more than text messages and phone calls between the man and the teen, including one that mentioned a graphic sex act.
